What You'll Do :

  • Help manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Read and apply construction plans and specs.

  • Keep everything safe and compliant.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Report progress to the project leader.

    • What You Need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering 5 years of commercial construction experience (metal framing, drywall, and other related specialty construction is a plus) Valid Virginia Driver’s License Ability to pass a drug test and background check Skills We Love : Knowledge of building materials, methods, and tools Math whiz (arithmetic, algebra, geometry) Blueprint reading skills Top-notch communication and problem-solving abilities Tech-savvy (Procore knowledge is a plus) Strong safety focus (CPR / First Aid, OSHA 30 certifications) Perks : Competitive salary Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Short Term Disability Company 401(k) Plan Paid Time Off and Holidays Education & Training Opportunities Ready to Apply?
