About the Strategic Account Management Team

Our Strategic Account Management team focuses on growing GMV sales and driving engagement through win-win relationships with third-party sellers. We accelerate program adoption for key growth opportunities and coach sellers on building long-term success. This role is crucial in presenting compelling business cases and improving seller experience by working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

Manage a book of business of high-value, strategic, and SMB accounts

Drive and exceed seller revenue growth goals through seller programs

Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers

Advocate for the platform and drive awareness of new seller services

Listen to seller feedback and partner with cross-functional teams to improve the platform

What You'll Bring

Proven track record of developing relationships and partnerships

Experience in selling eCommerce Marketplaces or SaaS solutions

Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

Experience in cross-border or international e-commerce

Nice-to-have : Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
