During the term of this Agreement, and subject to the policies, procedures, protocols, system, controls and regulations of the Practice, CRNA shall devote professional time and effort to Practice as needed and based upon a schedule as agreed between Practice and CRNA.
CRNA will not engage directly or indirectly in any business, calling, or enterprise that may interfere with the performance of his or her duties to Practice, without the prior written consent of the Practice.

Evaluate patients to formulate an adequate anesthetic plan.
Manage and administer anesthesia during surgical and / or interventional pain procedures Record patient medical history and anesthetic amounts.
Monitor, manage, and treat changes in patient functions during operations, including breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure.
Monitor conditions of patients before, during, and after anesthesia to look out for adverse reactions.
Coordinate and direct a team of nurses, medical technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Collaborate and communicate with other medical professionals to determine care plans and provide high-quality patient care.
Conduct research to make advancements in the field of anesthesiology.
Education The following formal education is required and / or preferred or for the job.
Required : Masters degree in Nursing Certificates, Licenses and Registrations Below is the list of required and / or preferred certificates, license and registrations for the job.
Completed Accredited CRNA Program Active, Full, Unrestricted Arizona Nursing License BLS / ACLS / PALS Certification Certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists Arizona Nursing Board appropriate qualifications as a clinical provider Experience & Skills Below is the list of required and / or preferred experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities for the job.
3 years of experience as a CRNA Compassionate attitude with a focus on outstanding patient care.
Excellent communication skills to listen and speak with patients and colleagues.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and oftentimes high-pressure environment.
