Responsibilities of Senior Accountant :
- Prepare corporate, partnership, estate, trust, gift, and individual tax returns; formulate conclusions consistent with firm policies and professional standards, and determine implications and best course of action for client
- The Senior Accountant will compile financial statements and footnote disclosures for review and compilation engagements
- Perform tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals while demonstrating strong communication skills
- Manage and build strong business client relationships
- Draft and review responses to tax notices from various federal and state tax agencies
- Manage progression of quality deliverables on time, in scope and within budget and / or realization goal
Preferred Experience of Senior Accountant :
- B.A. / B.S. degree in Accounting (MST / MBA is a plus)
- CPA license a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 4+ years of work experience; public accounting experience is required.
- Strong technical skills in taxation
