A company is looking for a Senior Director of Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure account retention and upsell growth
Establish and monitor goals for account teams to improve performance linked to company objectives
Assist in recruiting, coaching, and retaining top account management talent while collaborating with Product teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
7+ years of experience managing account / relationship managers, preferably in an advertising agency or marketing technology environment
5+ years of experience in digital marketing and / or automotive marketing
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with Google Suite tools, including Google Ads and Google Analytics
Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive internal improvements
