Description
The Senior Program Manager, Vendor Risk organizes and manages multiple third party (vendor) risk reviews through analysis and risk scoring, leveraging the vendor management framework and methodology and meeting established timelines.

Job Duties
- Serve as a subject matter expert in vendor risk; training, supporting and guiding other business units around risk and control management
- Interact with regulatory groups and internal business partners to develop, review, and communicate risk and control issues
- Analyze vendor risk processes to identify factors that increase or decrease risks, recommending solutions and reporting to leadership as appropriate
- Identify trends for risk, adverse events, and issue escalation; recommending solutions and reporting to leadership as appropriate
- Participate in vendor risk projects and initiatives, including process development and updates
Essential Skills
- Minimum 4 years' experience in risk management, audit or compliance, preferably in the financial services industry
- Experience as a business analyst is preferred
- Solid knowledge of financial regulatory due diligence requirements
- Knowledge of federal and state laws (including GLBA and others relating to privacy and security of confidential information)
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize multiple assignments and deliverables with the flexibility to meet changing needs and demands
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences
- Proven sound judgment, work ethic, and professional integrity with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong business communication skills; able to write / speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
- Ability to foster strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with Tableau is preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Certification / License : Relevant industry standard certifications preferred (CRVPM, CTPRP, CTPRA, etc.)
Location : Hillsboro, OR 97124 (HYBRID)
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR : $99k - $105k annually + annual bonus
