LPN / RN Requirements

• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state for which care is being provided
• Minimum of 6 months of documented experience required. 1 year of experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility preferred.
• Certified CPR / BLS and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray. In-house testing available.
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary : $35.00 - $41.00 per hour
