As a Full Stack Engineering Lead, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to optimize our operations.
You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable, robust, and user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Product Development : Contribute to the development of AI-powered products and services that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- AI and LLM Expertise : Leverage your deep understanding of AI and LLMs to develop innovative solutions and explore new applications.
- Technology Adoption : Drive the adoption of modern technologies, including generative AI, cloud, security, and Kubernetes.
- Research and Development : Contribute to research efforts to advance AI and LLM capabilities.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver successful outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, backend development, and scalable engineering solutions.
- Expertise in at least two programming languages, with a preference for Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, or Golang.
- Experience designing control and sandboxing systems for AI research.
- Familiarity with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience maintaining or contributing to bug bounty and responsible disclosure programs.
- A deep understanding of language models and transformers.
- Knowledge of vector stores and search algorithms.
- Experience with large-scale ETL development.
- Proven experience engineering high-performance, large-scale AI / ML systems.
- A track record of success in fast-paced startup environments.
- Experience with LangChain and potential contributions to the project.
- A passion for AI and LLMs, demonstrated through personal projects or research.
