Family Practice physician job in Indiana :

This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM / Peds) to join an advanced primary care clinic in South Bend, Indiana . In this role, youll provide comprehensive primary care services, manage chronic conditions, and advocate for health and wellness in an employer-sponsored environment. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the ideal position for you!

Highlights :

Manage only 10-17 patients per day
Focus on outcomes, NOT production
Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
Predictable workweek with phone-only call
Fewer administrative tasks
$270,000 - $285,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
Annual bonus
$15,000 sign-on bonus
Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health / dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement

Qualifications :

BE / BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 10+ years)

Procedure experience is a huge plus!
