Paid training is 2 weeks, generally on day schedule (7 : 30AM start).

Essential duties :

• MUST HAVE ADEQUATE TRANSPORTATION TO THE SOR WAREHOUSE.
• Driver's license required for this posting
• Ability to be cleared to be added to our insurance (i.e. at least 3 years' experience as a licensed driver, a good driving record).
• Must be able to lift and pull 75 lb loads (two 5-gallon buckets of stain, pull 100' of hose, etc.). Must be able to lift pressure washing wands and hold above head for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Must be able to meet size / weight minimums and maximums for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. (With some exceptions, those weighing between 150 lbs.

and 270 lbs. will generally be able to properly use our equipment. Feel free to ask for more details if you are closer to the lower or higher ends and we will do our best to work with you.)

• Must be able to read, understand, and follow safety instructions at all times, including OSHA and MSDS information.
• Must be able to walk, stand, squat, climb, and execute safety protocols.

Compensation

• Overtime pay at time and a half (optional, when available)
• 401K with matching available after 60 days
• Subsidized health insurance after 60 days
• Supplemental insurance available, with some options paid directly by SOR after 60 days (For example, a dental policy for an individual is fully covered at no cost to the employee)
• Earned PTO (Paid Time Off ) for each hour worked
• Paid holidays

Requirements :

• A valid NC Driver's License / reliable legal transportation to our warehouse
• The ability to work third shift (approximately 8 to 9 PM start most nights)
• Related experience is a plus - Let us know if you've worked night shift before or if you've held other pressure washing positions.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work with a team. Great communication with co-workers and supervisors.
