Key Responsibilities :

• Procurement : Source and purchase materials to meet production requirements.
• Supplier Relations : Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery.
• Cost Control : Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and implement cost-saving measures.
• Inventory Management : Balance supply and demand, manage inventory levels, and forecast needs.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure materials meet quality standards and address any issues with suppliers.
• Order Processing : Track and manage orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
• Reporting : Maintain records of procurement activities and prepare relevant reports.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

Procurement certification (e.g., CPSM, CPPB) and ERP system experience.
