We have several on-line programs currently being used by our staff :

• Matrix is used as our EMR
• Inovalon is our on-line scheduling program. At the click of a button, you can request time off or request to pick up a shift.

You can also send email / text notification to request coverage of an open shift

• Relias is our on-line education program. Classes are assigned via email for you to complete in the allotted time at your own pace
• Paylocity is our online human resource program and also where you pick up your check

The successful candidate must :

• be a Certified Nurse Aide and registered in accordance with laws of this state
• be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel, and the general public
• possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel
• have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents
• be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices
• be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition
