job_description.job_card.job_descriptionActual compensation is based on education and experience (the range is $19-$21.50 per hour). Part-time benefits including health and paid time off available. Employee referral program. Deep discounts on program tuition for dependents. CDA CCP Credential 12 credit hours in ECE / CD / SA through CECPD Oklahoma certificate of Mastery 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate) Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children. Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important program-related information with students, parents, and school administrators. Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the student's interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.

Salary Range : starting at $19.00-$21.50 per hour

Location : Elementary & Middle schools within Norman Public Schools
Schedule : T he Site Director is expected to report at their site 15 minutes before school is released until 6 : 15 pm Monday - Friday. (No weekends!) Various hours may be needed at times for work load.
