A company is looking for a Field Support Engineer to join their technical support team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair hardware and software components, including servers and airport-specific equipment
Ensure proper functioning of Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) and passenger-facing technology
Respond to technical incidents impacting airport services and maintain accurate documentation of system configurations
Required Qualifications
Proven IT field support experience, preferably in airport or transportation environments
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
Familiarity with airport systems such as FIDS and airline coordination platforms
Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
Fluency in English (C1 level)
