OTR Freight Solutions is a logistics company based in Scottsdale, Arizona and we are hiring! We are currently expanding our sales team and you can be part of it.

Day-to-Day Operations Include :
- Secure new business by cold calling
- Use creative ideas to prospect new business opportunities
- Manage current customer relationships
- Stay up-to-date with current markets and market trends
- Provide high levels of customer service
- Offer logistics solutions as needed
- Visit customers to land new business and / or maintain relationships
- Ability to multi-task, be self-motivated and work as a team
Minimum Requirements :
- A Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Sales and customer services experience preferred but not required
We offer a competitive base pay with commissions, great benefits (including medical, dental, and vision), life insurance, disability, and more.
Your starting salary is dependent upon your experience and is negotiable.

Salary : $50,000.00-$100,000 per year DOE + uncapped commission
