JOB SUMMARY The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), based in Daytona Beach, FL, is seeking a summer intern to join the Epson Tour Department.
This role provides a unique rotational experience, allowing the intern to gain hands-on exposure across key areas of the Epson Tour, including sales, marketing, tour operations, rules, and communications.
Designed to offer a well-rounded understanding of the Tour, the intern will divide their time between working at our headquarters and traveling to support tournament operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The intern will participate in a rotational experience across key departments, including sales, marketing, tour operations, rules, and communications, collaborating with team members to contribute to ongoing projects.
Sales
- Assist in developing and executing sales initiatives and strategies.
- Support outreach efforts to potential sponsors and partners, including the preparation of presentations and materials.
Marketing
Contribute to marketing campaigns, including content creation and management for Epson Tour social media.
Tour Operations
- Work closely with LPGA / Epson Tour Operations and Player Services teams to coordinate and communicate all activities associated with both areas of business.
- Aid in the planning of tour events, including travel arrangements and site preparation.
Rules and Compliance
- Learn about tournament rules and regulations, assist with daily documentation, and shadow rulings.
- Assist in golf course preparation and conditioning for tournament play. Assist with daily hole and tee locations, marking ground under repair and penalty areas.
Communications and Content
- Contribute to internal and external communications, including newsletters and press releases.
- Assist with media relations by supporting event coverage.
General Administrative Tasks
Attend team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance departmental efforts.
Travel Participation
- Travel to Epson tournament sites as needed to assist with on-site operations and event management.
- Engage with players, sponsors, and fans to represent the LPGA and enhance the overall experience.
INTERNSHIP QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited College or University.
- Progress toward a degree, major, or minor in Sports Management, Business, or other related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,)
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA at the time of application.
- Must be junior or senior level. Grad students and recent grads will be considered.
PROJECTED INTERNSHIP SCHEDULE
- Internship Duration : June 2025 to August 2025
- Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM
