Job Description :

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for helping others and fluency in both English and Spanish? Elvia Solis State Farm is seeking a bilingual Sales and Service Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to the growth of our agency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Service : Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency. Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Sales : Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling insurance products. Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Policy Management : Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing. Ensure accuracy and completeness in all transactions.
• Client Education : Educate clients about their insurance options, coverage, and benefits. Help them make informed decisions based on their needs.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Update client information and policy details as needed.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications :

• Bilingual Proficiency : Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Tech Savvy : Proficiency with computers and common office software. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Licensing : Must obtain and maintain the necessary insurance licenses (training provided if needed).
