Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - MedSurg - 2 West General Medicine Shift : Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36hrs per week.
Every other weekend Length : 17 weeks
Holiday Requirement : May request 1 major holiday offIs there a call or standby requirement? No call time, may be put on standby if scheduled and not needed Requirements :
- WA license
- At least 2 years experience
- EPIC Experience
- BLS, NIHSS
Others :
Common diagnoses / Types of patients : All general surgery patients, appendectomies, fractures, GI, Gyne, Vascular etc.
of beds 38, can max out to 42 with semi-private rooms
- Ratios : 1 : 4-5 both days and nights
- Travelers are first to float - may float to the other surgical units or other medsurg units. Rare need for team nursing in Covid Medical unit
- No Covid
- Flu - will be required to have vaccine, or medical / religious exemption - declinations are not allowed
