This position will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in locating and selecting products based on their needs and preferences
• Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, including handling cash and credit card payments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and computer skills, including the ability to operate a cash register
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
