The Vice President of Sales and Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the growth and success of our sales and marketing initiatives.

Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.

- Oversee outside sales efforts, ensuring that the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings based on market feedback.
- Monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
