Wage : $18.00 starting rate
The rate of pay and pay scale provided for this position are based on title and geographical location.
Full range scale is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr

We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist children ages 16-21 with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities in our residential program.
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP / Caregiver), you will support children with activities that focus on increasing their independence.
You will work with children to provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, and assistance with personal cares.
Minimum Requirements :
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months or more experience whether paid or volunteering with vulnerable population
