- Monitor and assess patient symptoms and progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while maintaining accurate medical records.
- Foster a therapeutic environment and utilize de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatments, and resources.- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Actively participate in orientation and training programs to adapt to unit-specific protocols.
