Our client is a global manufacturing company seeking a Global Director of FP&A due to an upcoming transition.
Responsibilities include :
- Lead the quarterly forecasting and annual planning process in coordination with VP, Finance and Corporate VP, FP&A.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic and finance initiatives, including long range plans and annual plans.
This includes developing projections for revenues, costs and cash flows for all key aspects of the business and articulating key business drivers and assumptions that underpin financial projections.
Prepare, issue and maintain reports for gross margin, bookings and free cash flow and communicate risks and opportunities vs.
monthly and quarterly forecasts to leadership team.
- Develop and distribute relevant and timely management reports needed by the regional and business line leaders to run their businesses and prepare for the monthly business and quarterly operating reviews.
- Produce insightful and timely monthly and quarterly financial information as required by the leadership team and corporate FP&A.
- Support acquisition and divestiture activities and provide analysis and insight for other financial transactions.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as needed, including special projects such as tax and treasury initiatives and financial presentations.
- Lead and mentor a global FP&A function, including 3 direct reports and 5-7 indirect.
Client seeking a minimum of 15 years of progressive FP&A experience, manufacturing industry experience is ideal.
