Total compensation for the Construction Project Manager is between $90,000 and $120,000.

Construction Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Candidates will possess excellent functional knowledge of commercial, industrial, or multi-family construction.
- Manage 1-2 commercial, multifamily, hospitality, education, industrial projects with budgets from $3-30M+.
- Work directly with sub-contractors to ensure projects are moving in a positive direction.
- Oversee project from bid to completion.
- Manage field personnel and subcontractors.
- Work directly with clients and owners.
- Maintain and monitor project budgets.
Construction Project Manager Qualifications
- 3-7 years’ experience.
- Experience managing construction projects $3-30M+ from estimating / preconstruction handoff through close out.
- Construction related degree is a plus.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Must enjoy a team atmosphere.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
