A Day In The Brunch Life
Every day has a different flavor as you work for Hash Kitchen. As a Dishwasher, your job will be to clean and sanitize dishes so that Cooks have the supplies they need to prepare food and serve mouth-watering brunch food.
- As a Dishwasher for Hash Kitchen, you will;
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, using a dishwasher or by hand.
- Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked. Immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager.
- Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition
- Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas
- Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
- Maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management

Responsabilidades del lavavajillas
- Lave platos, cristalería, cubiertos, ollas y sartenes, usando un lavavajillas o a mano.
- Mantenga el lavavajillas limpio y abastecido. Informar inmediatamente de cualquier problema funcional o mecánico al Jefe de Cocina.
- Controle la temperatura del agua del lavavajillas para garantizar un ciclo de lavado sanitario
- Mantener las áreas de trabajo, el equipo y los utensilios de la cocina en condiciones limpias y ordenadas.
- Limpie y retire la basura de las áreas designadas de la cocina.
- Organice platos, utensilios y equipos de cocina limpios en las áreas de almacenamiento
- Mantener niveles adecuados de vajilla limpia para el comedor y la cocina.
- Mantenga los niveles adecuados de detergentes para platos y productos de limpieza.
