We are looking for a dynamic and experienced wealth management industry product manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Orion Connect and other wealth management focused platforms, excellent training skills, and a deep understanding of data management as it relates to custodial platforms.

As the Product Lead, you will be responsible for driving the business process, adoption and optimization of our Wealth Management tools while supporting the implementation to enhance business and user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the configuration, & Rollout of the Wealth platform across HUB RPW
  • Develop & Implement training programs, documentation & support resources to ease user adoption of Orion Connect, Orion Planning, Hidden Levers functionality.
  • Establish and oversee end user support model, providing admin services, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on best practices.
  • Drive user adoption and engagement of Wealth Management tools through effective communication, training programs, and change management initiatives.
  • Lead the training of additional wealth management tools that are used throughout the enterprise.
  • Assist with the data integration of Orion and the HUB CRM Tool as a subject matter expert.
  • Assist with on-going setup of custodial and third-party data feeds.
  • Assist offices with householding and building portfolio groups.
  • Manage user log-ins.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of Investment Trading functionality, process, technology & specifically the Eclipse application.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Relationship Management, Operations, Sales Enablement, IT, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, and End Users and Leadership, to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive alignment on CRM initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practice.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and the external vendors, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Assist with transition of offices to the Orion Connect, including new acquisitions.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in wealth reporting & trading tools including Orion, Black Diamond & Tamarac
  • Strong Data Management Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Financial Service Knowledge, Wealth Management specifically
  • Ability to work well with others; proactively anticipate and develop solutions, and work collaboratively with multiple teams
  • A mindset that includes strong self-awareness, emotional intelligence and the ability to provide and receive empathetic feedback.
  • Self-motivated, able to organize and prioritize tasks in a largely unsupervised setting
  • High level of comfort using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced and quickly evolving work environment specifically as it relates to changing technology
  • Detail Oriented, Quick Learner, Problem Solver

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understand regulatory compliance framework for FINRA and SEC regulated businesses
  • Some knowledge of Insurance and / or Employee Benefits
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading the configuration of wealth management technology from conception to delivery, with a focus on driving business results and user engagement & satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage vendors by supporting a good working relationship while simultaneously managing accountability.
  • Ability to present to executive leadership effectively.
  • Team leadership experience preferred.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

The expected pay range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
