Are you a compassionate and driven Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) ready to make a real difference in the lives of patients? We’re currently seeking a Per Diem PTA who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about helping individuals regain their strength, mobility, and independence.

Position Overview

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based care. You’ll play a key role in supporting patients through their recovery journey, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals with personalized treatment and compassionate support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment techniques as appropriate within the established plan of care.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, addressing age-specific needs and adhering to pain management protocols.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
• Provide guidance and support to Physical Therapy Aides and assist in managing departmental workflow.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications :

Licensure :  Current PTA license from the Missouri Board of Physical Therapy.
