The Insurance Marketplace Agency in Rochester, NY is looking for a team oriented , quality person with a positive attitude to help us service our existing clients and sell new policies with great coverages as a Full-Time Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative .
We are a well-established , award winning, local , family-owned insurance agency that is regularly listed in The Rochester Business Journals List of Top 25 Insurance Agencies.

Responsibilities
- Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to educate & advise clients on the best policies and coverages for their unique needs.
- With your keen attention to detail , youll be developing insurance quotes and cross-selling / rounding out client accounts.
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in issuing insurance documentation and assisting clients with policy changes.
- Your exemplary service skills will be put to use by following up to ensure client satisfaction and shopping renewals.
Requirements
- An Active New York Property & Casualty License required.
- 2+ Years of Personal Lines Insurance Experience Required.
- Experience in quoting Personal Lines insurance policies
- A team player with the ability to prioritize and multitask .
- Goal-oriented , self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver with the ability to quickly build rapport.
