Someone who can collaborate with team members and provide leadership to achieve sales targets. We are searching for an individual who has familiarity with door-to-door sales techniques and strategies while possessing strong Leadership skills with the ability to work independently.

REQUIREMENTS :
- STUDENT MENTALITY / COACHABILITY / MUST HAVE A HUNGER TO LEARN
- MUST BE A COMMITTED INDIVIDUAL
DESIRED ) Sales Experience (5 years or more)
DESIRED ) Solar Experience (2 years or more)
- Reliable Transportation
- Must know how to self generate appointments
- Cell Phone AND Laptop / Tablet for showing Proposals.
- MUST be comfortable with In-home presentations.
- MUST Attend and Pass Sales Consultant Training program.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Market Clark Energies and Set-up new clientele
- Teach new hires how to Canvass and schedule appointments
- Teach new hires how to Consult potential clientele at pre-scheduled appointments
- Host weekly Team and Consultant Meetings
- Will learn and implement generating leads through multiple methods- including, but not limited to : direct sales, door-to-door, referrals, online selling, community events, and social media
- Educate homeowners on positive effects of Solar energy including cost savings, clean energy benefits, and worthwhile investment to clients' home.
