provide personalized and accurate tax services to our clients, and we're looking for an experienced tax preparer to help us during the upcoming tax season.
Position Overview :
As an experienced tax preparer, you will prepare and file tax returns for individuals and small businesses. You will work closely with clients to gather necessary documentation, offer tax planning advice, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and file individual and small business tax returns.
- Review clients' financial records and documents for accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations.
- Address client inquiries and resolve and tax-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a tax preparer, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- CPA or EA certification is a plus, but not required.
