About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2559 To $2843 Job Title : Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Specialty : Nuclear Medicine Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine (preferred, not required, if recent graduate from an approved technician training program) License : State License CNMT Certifications : BLS, ARRT, NMTCB, AMA Rad Tech Training Must-Have : - BLS Certification - ARRT Certification - NMTCB Certification - State License CNMT - AMA Rad Tech Training Job Description : The position involves working as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at a Cardiac outpatient clinic.
- Responsible for assisting in procedures such as Nuclear Medicine Spect Scans and Nuclear Medicine Stress Tests as part of cardiologist treatment plans.
- Daily caseload per tech includes handling approximately 6 patients.- Orientation consists of 40 hours of training.- Open to recent graduates, with first-time candidates accepted.
- No weekend or on-call requirements.- Floating between like units is not necessary.- Communication devices required for the job will be provided if not already available.
- References covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years are required.- COVID-19 Vaccine is required; medical / religious exemptions and declinations are allowed.
Note : All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment and / or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
