Job Description :
As the Senior Vice President, you will be at the helm of our strategic and operational efforts, leading a talented team across multiple departments.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a senior executive role, preferably within the lawn care, landscaping, or related industries.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with a track record of successful business growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
