- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with health care professionals.- Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.- Ensure patient safety and promote a safe environment for care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
