The facility is located in Los Angeles, California.
The schedule is Mon-Friday, 8a-5p. The EMR is eCW. They provide a wide range of services, including primary care, mental health services, and behavioral health services for children, youth, adults, and older adults.
They also operate an acute psychiatric hospital and a Federally Qualified Health Center. Their mission is to offer compassionate care to all, regardless of their ability to pay.
