Role : Head of Civil Engineering PE required
Location : Bridgewater, MA
Compensation : $140,000 - $160,000 DOE (full suite of benefits, annual bonus, hybrid work schedule)
POSITION SUMMARY : We are on the hunt for a leader within the Civil Engineering space who has an established background within land development and site planning.
The ideal candidate will lead our Civil group in the planning, design, and implementation of our projects and has significant experience working on a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

DUTIES AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare detailed designs, plans, specifications, and reports
- Coordinate with surveyors, consultants, and other Engineers to obtain necessary data and ensure alignment of design parameters
- Address project requirements, resolve technical issues, and obtain approvals and permits
- Attend site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications
- Prepare estimates, schedules, and progress reports to support planning, budgeting, and management
- Participate in business development plan implementation
- Represent the firm in the community, professional organizations, and at events
- Perform other tasks as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES :
- BS in Civil Engineering or similar field
- Must have a PE license
- 7+ years of relevant Civil Engineering experience
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Prior experience preparing plans and specifications
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
- Prior experience managing a team is a plus, but is not required
