Requirements :
- OR RN License
- 2 years of Oncology experience needed
- Chemo Cert & ONS required
- 1 year of Ambulatory infusion experience required.
Role : Community Hem / Onc Infusion Nurse
Primary site CHO Tualatin
Shifting : 4X10 Days; 07 : 00 - 17 : 30 Monday-Sunday variable
Contract Length : 13 Weeks
On Call : No
Patient Population : Adult Hematology- General medical oncology. RN navigator will provide patient education and care coordination.
Community Hem / Onc is comprised of 5 clinics.
Certifications : BLS Required, Chemo Cert & ONS Required,
Experience : 2 Years of Oncology Experience needed, the RN will be providing education and care coordination. 1 year of Ambulatory infusion experience required
