In this role you will be responsible for driving overall campaign management, timelines, day-to-day agency operations and ensuring the appropriate check points across the Kimberly-Clark organization.
You will be an essential partner with the Brand Team to organize across a variety of internal and external stakeholders to deploy campaigns both on time and in budget.
The right team member will understand how to balance multiple priorities, stakeholders, shifting timelines, while maintaining quality in output.
You’ll be deep in the creative process and have a strong understanding of the agency landscape. This role requires someone who can work independently, moving fluidly within a fast-paced environment and who is well-versed in project management.
This is hybrid role based from Kimberly-Clark’s Chicago Commercial Center. In this role, you will :
Campaign Management
- Lead project delivery across multiple workstreams, inclusive of running workflow meetings, owning the project timeline and tracking the marketing budget.
- Owner of project health tracker, tracking progress against key milestones and identifying roadblocks across all workstreams.
- Responsible for team connectivity at the project-level, ensuring a steady flow of communication between internal groups.
Agency Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Primary point of contact for agency partners at the project-level, coordinating timelines and key milestones.
- Track agency progress against scope, ensuring all workstreams are delivered to Kimberly-Clark standards of excellence and adhere to aligned scope of work.
- In partnership with Procurement, responsible for project-level scoping and budget negotiations with agency partners, utilizing approved benchmarks.
Ways of Working Adherence
- Uphold standardized Kimberly-Clark ways of working across projects, ensuring a consistent and repeatable workflow.
- Responsible for appropriate project documentation and organization for streamlined collaboration across internal and external groups.
Annual Planning Coordination
Oversee annual planning timeline at the brand-level, working with internal teams and agency partners to track to key touchpoints and delivering quality presentations.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications :
- 5+ years of Project Management experience working in a similar CPG organization or advertising agency on large brands and portfolios.
- Strong experience in developing and managing multiple project timelines and executions, delivering on time and within budget.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with an Integrated Agency Team (creative + media at minimum).
- Must have experience in budget management and tracking.
- A proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders, from Brand Managers to C-Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented.
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Proficient with project management methodologies and software (Jira, Smartsheet, Trello, etc.).
Preferred qualifications :
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
