Job Title : Pool LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Shift : 2nd Shift (10 & 5 hour shifts available)
Contract Duration : 4-6 Months
Hourly Rate : $40.00 / hr
Location : Phoenix, AZ 85027 (Juvenile Correctional Facility)
Drug Screen : Yes
Background Checks : Yes
Position Description : We are seeking a dedicated LPN to dispense medications to inmates, take provider orders, attend to patients with injuries, and collaborate with a team of other nurses and medical professionals.
Skills Required :
Active Arizona LPN license in good standing
Current CPR card
Background check
Current AZ Fingerprint Card
Experience Required :
1 year of LPN experience
Experience Preferred :
Preferably nursing correctional experience, but not required
Additional Information : LPNs will be required to work in a secure facility with shifts from 12 pm to 10 pm, 5 pm to 10 pm, 5 am to 3 pm, or 5 am to 12 pm.
Weekend availability is required, not to exceed 40 hours per week.
