Registered Nurse RN / Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Home Care Nursing

Private Duty Nurses provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes. We are actively seeking LPNs and RNs for our Pediatric and Adult patients who are chronically ill in a home setting.
We will tailor a schedule that revolves around you.
- LPN Pay Rate - $33 / hr*
- RN Pay Rate - $43 / hr*
- Job Responsibility*
- Medication / Oxygen / Injection administration without error
- Provide impeccable care to clients by assisting in scheduled activities as well as overall care management.
- Deliver professional nursing services including direct nursing care in the areas of health maintenance, nutrition, activities of daily living, treatment and prevention of illness.
- Assessing the patient's condition and charting patient’s care.
- Participate in staff training and maintain infection control standards.
- Patients may need Vent Care, G-Tube Care and / or Tracheostomy Care
- Job Qualification*
- Current License to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Proof of employment authorization and identity
- Strong recreational, interpersonal and communication skills, in daily activities.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet program needs
- CPR certification required
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- 1-year practical nursing experience a plus (new graduates are welcome to apply)
