General Description :
We have an opening for a Maintenance Sales Representative at our Grand Junction branch . This position requires an engaging and outgoing personality.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years outside sales experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in the HVAC and facility services industries or property management.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications :
- Associates degree
- Background in HVAC, facility services industries, or property management
- Experience with business to business sales preferred
- Knowledge of the business environment in the Denver region

- Demonstrated track record of rapport building, sales success, and customer satisfaction
- Professional image
Minimum Qualifications :
- Over 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
Compensation & Benefits :
Average Starting Salary : $85-90K + Incentive Plan (paid out as a percentage of sales). Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
