Job Overview : RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Educator RN for the Develop Innovation & Research department at Community Medical Center.
This Educator will oversee the Emergency Department.Community Medical Center, is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care.
Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state s newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County s largest and most active health care facility caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients and 73,700 emergency department patients each year.
Qualifications : Required : BSN required; MSN preferredNational Certification in Nursing Professional Development and / or clinical specialty preferredRecent Emergency Department experience (at least 3 years within the past 5 years)Strong clinical skills in Emergency ServicesCertifications and Licenses Required : BLS, ACLS & PALS certificationActive New Jersey Registered Nurse LicenseScheduling Requirements : Day shift, 40 Hours Per WeekEssential Functions : Mentoring and supporting new staffAssists with Annual Competencies Projects, as assignedPresents various programsIntegral part of the interview teamSupport Education department, as neededBenefits and Perks : At RWJBarnabas Health, our market-competitive Total Rewards package provides comprehensive benefits and resources to support our employees physical, emotional, social, and financial health.
