Backend Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Level III Backend Software Engineer who will be a technical mentor responsible for driving the design, architecture, and implementation of their carbon accounting platform.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and implement software solutions using C#.NET, Entity Framework, Azure Functions, and SQL

Take technical ownership of key system components, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance

Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent related experience

5+ years of experience in software development

Proficiency in C#.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL

Passion for clean architecture and performance optimization

Carbon Accounting or Sustainability industry knowledge and interest a plus
