Job Overview :

Are you a creative with a passion for turning complex ideas into visually stunning presentations? Do you have the experience and skillset to craft engaging, high-quality presentations that leave a lasting impression?

If so, Oliver Wyman’s in-house design team is looking for you!

As a Senior Presentation Designer at Oliver Wyman, you’ll be responsible for creating visually engaging and on-brand PowerPoint presentations that communicate complex business concepts clearly and effectively.

You will work closely with our global consulting teams to ensure that every presentation reflects our brand values and meets our high standards for quality and creativity.

In this role, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and stay ahead of emerging trends in presentation design.

This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in our midtown NYC office. There is no option to be fully remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Design Excellence : Create compelling, visually appealing presentations that transform complex information into clear, concise, and impactful narratives.

Strategic Design Execution : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver presentations that exceed expectations.

Brand Champion : Maintain and enhance Oliver Wyman’s brand consistency across all presentation materials, ensuring alignment with our visual identity and tone of voice.

Innovation and Improvement : Constantly seek out new trends and technologies in presentation design, applying them to elevate our output and set new industry standards.

Skill Sharing : Share your expertise with fellow designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

What You Bring :

Creative Excellence : A strong ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling presentations with a mastery of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

Technical Mastery : Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and related design software.

Strong Communication : Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts effectively.

Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of designs that demonstrate your ability to create compelling visual narratives.

Experience : At least 5 years of experience in presentation design or a related field.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $68,000 to $95,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
