As a Customer Service Representative working onsite in our Central Station, you will work with clients, customers, and employees for a variety of needs.
We are looking for candidates who have both customer service and supervisory experience as Peak loves to promote from within.

Responsibilities : Data entry

Demonstrate friendly and professional demeanor with all customers
Provide prompt, accurate service
Monitor phone calls while maintaining accurate records
Deliver professional service to customers, clients, and employees alike
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
1+ year customer service experience
1+ year supervisory experience
Experience with alarm response or dispatching preferred
At least 18 years old
Willing to obtain state licensing
Clean background and able to pass a pre-hire drug screen
Familiarity with or ability to learn Microsoft Office and database programs
Demonstrated ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task
Bilingual skills a plus but not required
Phone customer service experience a plus!
Available nights, holidays, and weekends
