Job Description :

As a FOH Staff Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Position Mastery : Perform all tasks associated with each front-of-house position efficiently, following the checklist provided by your General Manager.
• Upselling Products : Proactively upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Guest Services and Hospitality : Provide excellent guest service through table touches, addressing guest needs, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Daily Cleaning Duties : Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift by performing daily cleaning tasks, including wiping down surfaces and managing spills.
• Side Work and Check-Out : Complete all side work as required and check out with the Manager on Duty (MOD) to ensure all tasks are finished and shift responsibilities are met.
• Food Running : Prioritize timely delivery of food to tables to ensure guests receive their orders promptly.
• Restroom Checks : Regularly check restrooms for cleanliness and restocking, ensuring they are well-maintained throughout the shift.
• Extensive Menu Knowledge : Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu to answer guest questions, make recommendations, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements : Qualifications :

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a front-of-house role, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to train and motivate staff
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and managing reports

Skills / Abilities :

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must successfully obtain Food Handlers & TABC certifications
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow directions
• Ability to handle and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Ability to stand for long periods and manage a busy shift
• Basic knowledge of food service operations a plus
