ProCare Therapy is thrilled to offer a full-time Speech Language Pathologist position in Adams, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated SLP to make a significant impact in a supportive school environment, working with students from grades 3-12, with potential involvement in early childhood.

Your Impact :

• Role : Full-time position starting August 26, 2024, in a nurturing and inclusive school setting.
• Setting : Onsite, delivering essential speech therapy services to a diverse caseload of students.
• Caseload Size : Manage approximately 65 students.
• Focus : Primarily grades 3-12, with possible early childhood involvement.
• Supervision : May include supervision of SLPA.

What You'll Do :

• Therapy Services : Provide personalized therapy sessions tailored to each students unique needs.
• Manage Caseload : Support students across grades 3-12 and potentially early childhood.
• Collaborate : Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to offer comprehensive support.
• Monitor Progress : Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
• Engage : Conduct effective one-on-one or small group therapy sessions.

What Were Looking For :

• Licensure : MA DESE Teacher of Speech / Hearing Impaired and ASHA certification required.
• Experience : School setting experience preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome.
• Skills : Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Education : Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
