We are seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Trust & Estates, working with high net worth individuals, providing comprehensive legal advice on complex estate planning and wealth managment matters.
Trust & Estates Attorney Requirements :
- 4+ years experience in Trust & Estates
- Experience in trust and estates administration, estate planning, probate, gift tax, asset protection, succession planning, estate tax experience
- Experience working with high-net worth clients preferred
- Experience preparing state and federal estate tax returns preferred
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a positive and collaborative manner
- Able to handle sensitive and complex client matters
- Strong academic background preferred
- Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
- Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
- Licensed in MA in good standing
