Job Type : Part-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Will further discuss schedule during interview.)
Job Location : 3611 East Tremont Avenue, Bronx, NY (East Tremont; outpatient clinic)
Salary Range : $82,000.00 - $108,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities :
Physical Therapist responsibilities include ...
- Assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses.
- Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
- Provide excellent 1 : 1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
- Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
- Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
- Medical specialties at the clinic include ortho, neuro, and sports medicine.
- Adolescents to Adults outpatient caseload.
Qualifications :
- NYS Physical Therapist License
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and first aid certification required
- MUST be versed on basic orthopedic diagnoses
- MUST have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in an orthopedic outpatient clinic as a licensed PT; No New Grads
