Qualifications
- Excellent communication and project management skills, and proven ability to drive multiple key strategic initiatives under tight timelines
- Not afraid to try new things, and always looking for new ways to expand your knowledge and experience and to improve the team's performance with innovative new solutions and process enhancements
- Must be able to work collaboratively with a team, as well as independently and with minimal supervision
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in successfully employing data-driven marketing tactics at an advertiser, agency, data, or technology solutions provider
- A passion for problem-solving and an insatiable desire to learn and contribute as we focus on improving member performance in our evolving business environment
- Comfort and proficiency in various content management systems, email service providers, data mining solutions, virtual meeting platforms, and Microsoft Office products
- A bachelor's degree is required and an advanced degree and / or previous experience in event coordination is a plus
Responsibilities
- This person will work closely with marketers, industry partners, and internal ANA teams to develop and deliver products and services designed to educate and enable members to understand, and safely activate and scale the use of data and technology solutions in support of their business objectives
- You will oversee some of the development and all of the execution of a cohesive suite of custom products and services that are designed to assist marketers in mastering their tech stack and to enhance their modern marketing data, technology, and measurement skills
- Assist in programming informative and actionable events that inspire and engage members where they share, learn, grow, network, and prosper together
- Facilitate webinars, committee meetings, and other exciting events with some of the industry's most talented marketers, agencies, and data & tech partners
- Assist in building the industry's best MarTech and Marketing Futures communities to provoke conversations and facilitate meaningful progress in addressing its most pressing challenges
- Be an integral leader within the team helping drive the overall Go-To-Market strategy and execution
