As an RF Engineer at Microwave Products Group - Pole / Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by providing quality designs, analysis, and validation of co-site equipment for military communication applications to ensure strong, reliable communications in the field.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Design high performance RF products; responsible for projects from start to finish
• Design for low loss, high linearity, EMI / EMC, reliability and thermal performance
• Direct design to accomplish cost, size, weight, power and manufacturability objectives
• Direct workflow of PCB designers to assure superior RF performance of layouts
• Integrate necessary analog and digital interfaces or controls
• Develop performance validation methodology and production test / alignment processes
• Validate new designs for specification compliance
• Function effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary design team
• Support sales and marketing

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• Experience designing co-site mitigation equipment and / or radio equipment
• Experience in RF filter and amplifier design, supporting circuitry, impedance matching, evaluating performance tradeoffs, and analysis
• Demonstrated project leadership ability
• Strong willingness to collaborate, sharing information between product lines, departments and MPG sites
• Must have excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with the customer (both internal and external)

Requirements Include :

• Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
• Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university required
• Experience with AWR Microwave Office or similar package highly desired
• Experience with military standards and specifications highly desired
• Experience with military electro-mechanical designs highly desired
